Keep chaos playable! Your toolkit for taming lag on demanding Minecraft servers.
What is Anarchy Stabilizer?
Anarchy Stabilizer is a performance and stability plugin designed specifically for the challenges faced by demanding Minecraft servers, such as Anarchy, Semi-Anarchy, Factions, or large Survival Multiplayer (SMP) environments. These servers often struggle with lag caused by player-built contraptions, entity spam, and inventive (ab)use of game mechanics. This plugin provides targeted tools to mitigate these common lag sources without resorting to overly broad restrictions that stifle gameplay.
Core Philosophy
The goal isn't to eliminate chaos, but to keep it playable. Anarchy Stabilizer focuses on giving server administrators precise control over specific, known performance-draining elements:
Targeted Control: Instead of just clearing all entities, you can limit specific types or their density (e.g., vehicles per chunk, prevent armor stand placement).
Mechanic Limiting: Directly disable specific redstone components often used in lag machines.
Modularity: Enable only the features you need via the
config.yml
. If redstone isn't an issue on your server, keep that module disabled!Configuration: Fine-tune every aspect through a detailed and commented
config.yml
file.
Main Features Overview
Anarchy Stabilizer currently includes modules to control:
Redstone: Disable specific mechanisms like pistons, observers, etc.
Armor Stands: Prevent placement or periodically remove all existing stands.
Vehicles: Limit Minecart and Boat density per chunk to combat accumulation lag.
Ground Items: Periodically clean up dropped items to reduce entity count.
(For detailed configuration of these features, please see the Wiki page: Configuration)
